GCMS notes has Eligibility : Recommend passed ?

Hi guys,

received my gcms notes today after almost 31 days, Eligibility says Recommend passed. Just curious about what it might be meaning ?

Few members of our whatsapp group told that its a pre-step before met. Is that it ?

The way I understand it, the person who processed your application up to this point is not the person who will make the final decision.
So the person who has handled it until now thinks that you qualify, and has recommended that you be granted PR, but the other person still needs to make the final decision.

That's nice to know. But recommend passed is only there on eligibility place. I guess I still have to go through security check before they come to final decision?

Yes all eligibility reviews are done by the first officer and then a second officer reviews and verifies

How long before you get your passport request?

My GCMS notes says my file was passed to another Officer after the case agent recommend passed
