GCMS NOTES FIRST TIME APPLYING ****NEED HELP****

Hello

I am July 2013 CEC applicant. I have submitted my application through my representative. I want to apply for GCMS notes and I have few questions about it because when I tried to apply GCMS notes there was 1 question : Where will you wants us to send notes and future correspondence? so ......

1) If I apply for GCMS notes by my own, will they send future correspondences to my e-mail only?
2) My representative will no longer receive any information from them?
3) I want to continue my application with primary contact of my representative.

Hey there

Applying for GCMS. it is free , u can recieve it every thirty days. You will have it in the email you choose. has nothing to do with any future correspondence, when they want to send MR, they will only contact the e mail in your pr application. I ordered two already and just ordered the third 10 minutes after receiving the second. I did not tell my lawyer about any of them. I hope this helps

I applied for CEC and my case got refused, I am getting ready to apply again. And so want to get my GCMS Notes from the last application. Which one is the better choice for CEC?

request under the Access to Information Act?

OR

under the Privacy Act?

You can apply under Privacy act if u r in Canada. Access to Information Act in case u r out of Canada and have some one in Canada to apply on your behalf.
