GCMS Notes File Location Question

I received my latest notes today and looks like my file has been moved from FCPinventory to FCP preCA, anybody by chance what preCA is or means?

Hey jamsham, I know that you already received DM, but my last notes as of 11/4 show that my paper file moved to FCP PreCA on 11/3. Did you ever figure out what FCP PreCA stands for? I would assume that it's a temporary stage before its assigned to an officer's desk. It seems like it wasn't too long for your file to go from FCP PreCA to DM.

My notes show that my file was moved to preCA on 9-23-15 and I got DM on 11-5-15 if that helps at all. After preCA, it was moved on 10-22-15 to 'TK8373' which I think might be the specific visa officer (during this time my eligibility and criminality were done), and then moved to 'FCP for review' on 10-31-15. I'm still waiting on my COPR though. Hopefully next week.

Thanks for sharing, it's really helpful! Just to clarify - your eligibility and criminality checks were done after it was assigned to TK8373? It seems like the bulk of the work is done by the specific visa officer and maybe "FCP for review" is just one final administrative check by a staff member who mails out the COPR?

My file location is currently- Waiver-Eligibility. Please what does it mean?

I have completed medicals, paid the Right of Residence Fees, submitted updated Schedule A and sent in other documents( Children birth certificate and immunization cards).

My application was submitted on 4 December 2014, almost one year now.

Senior please assist.

This means nobody understands the meaning of this(waiver eligibility).My file is also here currently
