It's been 31 days since I ordered my GCMS notes and I would like to know what it says. I know it takes about 30-40 days to send it via email.. But mostly they send it within 30 days. Is there anyway I can follow-up?

Where does it say it takes 30-40 days.

They have to process it within 30 days, however, in exceptional cases there could be a delay.

I have had 2 so far and the first one was @ 24 days and the second one @ 30 days. The second one was sent to me on Monday this week.

Ideally it should be in your email on 30th day.
But in case you have not received it . Please reply to the Auto email (which you have received while raise GCMS) stating you already crossed 30 days and not received it yet

In these case they will immediately raise a Priority ticket and address your concern .

I faced this issue during my second GCMS . I did not received on 37th day and I did same , on next day I received GCMS
email id to reply them : "ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca"

Hope this will Help

Good Luck

Hi alyssa_abfam17

Starting from 1st working day excluding the day you applied, you should count 30 calendar days. The first working day falling on or after 30th calendar day is the due date for the response to GCMS. If this has been exceeded you should write to
ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca

Feb 2015 is only 28 days which you would take in consideration in your calculations.

Also I would suggest to check your spam folder in case the email was diverted there.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much guys! +1 to all of you. :)

I had the same issue, applied for the GCMS Notes on 29th Jan and did not receive it till Mar 1st.
Send an email to "ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca" as suggested by CEC_1304 & rks0101.

I sent the email on Mar 02 around 3:55 and received the GCMS notes at 4:08. :)

Make sure you mention the UID and the AOR number in the email.

Hey guys! This is where I ordered my GCMS notes from http://caips-gcms . com

The link you used seems to be a third party which would have charged you for the Notes.

You may want to follow up on the contact numbers provided on the website. In case you have not received your notes yet.

I placed request using the below link

https : // atip-aiprp. apps. gc. ca/ atip / requesterInformation

With this link you could request the GCMS notes free of cost.
