GCMS Notes - Client ID number and File number

Hi All,

I currently hold a WP. My PR is also under processing (filed in Sep).

I intend to file an application for GCMS notes. Can someone guide me how to find the Client ID number with a ' - ' in it?
My UCI is a 7 digit number that looks something like '12345678'. Is this what I have to put into the Client ID field? It does not have any dashes in it!

Also, where do I find the file number??

UCI is # which is there on your Canada Visitor visa or Work Permit (it would be same in both) put all number as 1234-5678
File Number is ur EE Entry Application #
