Did you apply under the Privacy Act? If yes, did you attach the consent form from your spouse as well?

Hi yahoo 7,

Yes , its under thr privacy act, no cost, i did not remember doing the consent form for my spouse. I did not expect to have my spouse s information, but it turned out had his information.

I applied for my notes on July 9th, is there a way to track them by any chance. I ordered them to be sent to me by mail.

Please advise guys.

Send an email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with all your details stating that you have not received the notes yet. This is what I did yesterday and got an email back with the notes attached in 2 hours. :)

You can send them email only after 30 days isnt it ?

If you mean gcms, then no.
The general trend is reccomend ppl do them at the 6-7 month mark though so as to see what is happening with their application
