In GCMS note, it says : "Outstanding Documents (Requested): - RPRF RPRF: Outstanding" However, i never received the request for RPRF. Does this mean they are waiting for the fee before next step?

Did you pay RPRF unfront or not?

if not, check your spam folder. you would have received an email to pay RPRF.

i didnt pay the unfront. there is no email in spam folder and neither any update on the online profile. At what point do they ask for the payment? what stage am i at for the application? please help.

Under the GCMS notes, you will find a separate section for email communications being sent to you, check if it says a notification sent to applicant.

You should have paid upfront, this thing un-necessary delays the whole processing time
