I have applied for study permit on 19 October with OWP for my spouse.
What is the perfect time for applying GCMS note? Is there any adverse impact to apply for GCMS before getting any decision? Which site would be most suitable to apply? Is it possible to apply for GCMS from Bangladesh? How much is the cost?

I would say 30 days after you've submitted your application so that they will have started working on it and added some notes.
