GCMS new authorization form

they recently updated the GCMS notes authorization form. Does anyone know if you are the sponsor ordering them you sign PART C where it says for the representative to sign?

First let me apologise as I don't have an answer for you. The forms can be so confusing - I've asked the same questions in different parts of the forum to no avail. I actually sent in my application today and did not sign it. I'll let you know if I hear back from them should they require a signature. I'm the sponsor living in Canada requesting the electronic files for my wife who's PR app is being processed in São Paulo

Yes, you're considered the representative. You fill out and sign section C. Your wife would complete and sign section A.
