Hi guys,

Can some one tell what does

ASSESSMENT
Eligibility = FAILED

in GCMS notes mean?

This is for an open work permit application under some exemption that apply to my wife, who applied for the open work permit and was refused.

Can you please anwer one more question for me?

The GCMS notes for my wife's file also mentioned that my (her husband's) CIC status says single. When i applied for a work permit few years ago i was unmarried. Is that why it said so? If yes, how can i change it?

Your wife should have included a copy of the marriage certificate and your work/study permit as evidence that she is eligible for a spousal work permit based on the permit you have.
