Does anyone know or applied for GCMS note for the second time??

when you applying for the second time should we pay the £5 and attached the concernt form of my spouse?? Or just apply without these requirements

Yes, if you still don't have legal status in Canada, you must include the $5 fee and consent form from your spouse for a second application.

I applied for GCMS notes for the second time after landing as PR and I didn't include any consent form or fee--but that was because I was already a PR.
