Or we have to create 1 gckey account per person?

Sure you can use the same GC key account. Even for your kids, friends accompany you on the trip

It was wrong information I’m sorry. Ircc replied me and said every applicant should have separate gckey

Okay, you should follow the instruction of IRCC.
However, I don't think it was the wrong information. They said "should have" not "must-have". In GC key account It has group application and family application with cheaper fees than separate applications.
