I am trying to login to my GC key account since a week now. Error says the user name and password are wrong and when if i try a few times the account gets locked out for 24 hours. Then I have to wait and try again, but same error every time. I tried using different browsers too but no change. I have received ita and wanted to submit the documents before March 10th, unfortunately things are not helping. Did any one else have the same problem and have resolved it? Please help.
