Gckey status update

Hi everyone,

Question regarding the gckey site update.

Back in february, several documents as well as the medical exam and background check were requested on the gckey website.

Everything was completed in time and documents were uploaded yet the status never changed. Should I be worried? Or it because no agent has yet worked on my file? Is it suppose to update automatically?

One of the RCMP check is yet to be uploaded. Maybe it is a duplicate. I would upload it and send a webform.

I have already informed them. They said to ignore it as it was a duplicate
