GCKey problems

So I have a GCKey account and I start at this page..

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html

I click on Sign in with GCKey to log in to my GCKey account and I am then taken to a screen that looks like this...

If I press the Continue button then I just get taken back to https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html

Is this correct? Am I missing anything on this screen? How do I try and link an application?

I just tried and i got a scheduled maintenance error with no time of when it will be over. Try again later ?
