Anyone else having issues with GCKey login? At times it just keeps looping into IRCC website (English - French) option on home page, and back to same, after clicks to find to sign in again, and then it just shows "You're signed out" or "You're not signed in" "error 403" .....it's been doing this all day

Little surprised that you are facing this issue now. Which browser have you been using ? I faced this issue from day one and first time i login everytime. The resolution is as follows

Start on a fresh tab
Go through the login normally. Let it loop and bring you to the english-french page.
In the place wherein you enter the website address...https://cic....there will be a lock icon before https.
Right click, you will see a tab showing number of cookies loaded.
Select that and it will display the cookies. Select each one of the cookies and remove.
Re login now and this time it will work properly.

I've tried everything, from all browsers too.. Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari.. I've cleared off all cookies, cache everything. This is an old issue, happened either earlier this year or late last year, but it'd been ok after that. Strange. I'll follow your specific steps too.. Thanks!
