any one experiencing same issue as I have.?

When I click on GCKey option to login, it redirects me to cic homepage. is there any official update or news or I am the only one facing this.?
 
I can't login... it is redirecting me to the homepage. Just 10 Mints back I logged in with GC key. What is happening with CIC Online services?
 
It is not new issue to me, this always happens to me since i created EE (Feb2016) when ever i login using GC key its redirects me to home page, I keep on try to login simultaneously until it takes me to my EE page... so after trying 10 to 12 time it open EE page. I didn't report this technical issue to cic.
i think bug has spread to other profiles now... :P

Hi,

I am trying to pay (PR +RPRF Fees) from 19-Nov-2016. Every time I click on "Transmit & Pay" option, error turns up.

I have raised dozen "technical Error" report online. Yet the query is not resolved. The same problem is faced by many candidates globally who have applied through express entry as discussed on platform canadavisa.com

Has anyone able to pay fees through MY CIC in last 1 week. Please inform

Hi,

I am facing similar problem. Trying to pay through MY CIC fees for PR +RPRF since 19-nov16.

Once I click on "Transmit & Pay" option, the error turn up. You can do all of following:-

1) Raise technical Error query through MY CIC.
2) mail to :
- question@cic.gc.ca
- enqserv@international.gc.ca

3) call at 0016139444000 ( Those Outside canada)
4) Call at 18882422100 (Those within Canada)
Note- Open between 8-4 pm (Canadian Time Zone). Closed on weekends.


5)Tweet to @citmmcanada.
- This is Canada CIC online Twitter portal. A Lot of action is going here in this matter.

6) Mail to minister@cic.gc.ca
The Honorable John McCallum,
Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.
