I am in San Franciso and try to log onto the cic.gc.ca website. But CIC's website always show a message error which said there is techinical problem on website and you have to log on later. The situation is lasting for 4 days already! But it's really urgent. Our cruise ticket is June 28! Shourd I go to Los Angles to drop the documents by person ?
 
Very difficult to answer. You haven't told us what you have applied for or what you are trying to access on the CIC web site or what you would drop off in LA if you went. Provide as much detail as you can if you want the best answer.
 
it's not normal for the CIC to be down in specific region and normally running in other parts of the world..There seems to be no issues here in my region. Try clearing your browser's cache..or use other computer...

It is not normal but it is possible, different servers are available for different regions to balance the server load.

The real worrying thing is that it has lasted 4 days... that is totally not like CIC.

I would try another computer in another network, let's say a friend's computer at their home or a work computer, etc.
