Hi, first of all, I am from the Philippines and my fiance is a PR in canada. We have a 2 year old child born in canada and staying with her. She recently got a job and having a hard time taking care of our daughter. That is why I want to go there to be with them.

Little something about myself, I am 23 years old, graduated with bachelors degree in electrical engineering. I only started working (4 months now) because my job starting date was delayed by covid

I am asking for your opinions on what will be the best way or if there's any way for me to go to canada.

I'll appreciate all the help that you can give me.

Thank you!

You can try to apply for a visitor visa and you need written authorization to travel. You can’t work in Canada but if successful once you are in Canada, you can get married. Then your spouse can apply for spousal sponsorship and work permit.
