Gaps between job- FSWP - help !

Hi there,

I am filling my online application and my question is regarding the CONTINUOUS work within the last 10 years .

MY work(outside of canada) : I worked for 1 year then served in the army for a year (work GAP) then worked for another year. The 2 jobs in the same NOC

So should I answer as 1 year or 2 years? it is bit confusing.
