Gap effect on the success rate of visa

i did b-tech in 2011 , now im going to apply in concordia university canada for jan 2013 intake
in general category ,, so my study gap will effect my visa ?
i have gud academics every class i got more than 70% marks ?
so please tell me

Gap year doesn't pose any problem. However, you should not suggest that you were idle.

You can give some valid reason such as looking for a job or preparing for an entrance exam.

I was working and studied after 8 yrs of gap and got my visa in less than 2 weeks.

Have faith in God and apply in confidence.
