Future FSW applicant from India

Hi All,

I am from India and have one query. I request to give me appropriate information/help.

I want to apply for Canada Immigration either in FSW 2015 or 2016 and any one of PNP Program.
My background is:
1) Bachelors in Engineering from India
2) M.S. in Electrical engineering from USA
3) Was in Phd program in USA but had to quit due to some reason.
4) Working in India as Sales and Service Engineer.

Does it appears that with this background, I might cruise through Canadian Immigration?
I am also thinking that if FSW is not possible, then I can apply for Student Program. So,will it be possible to do Master's degree in Engineering Management with this background?

Canada is going to bring in EOI for 2015. There won't be FSW any more. No official word yet on how it's going to be structured so it's difficult for anyone to say right now. We don't know if it's still going to have occupation categories or if it's going to be purely employer driven.
