I submitted my OINP application this monday. I have recieved ITA on Wednesday.

Any excuses If I can make to get my application back and save 1500$? I have not even recieved Application recieved email from OINP yet.

You have every right to ask OINP to withdraw your application. Please explain your situation and politely request them to send back your application draft. Good luck!!
