I have a question and wondered whether you could help me

I have assets totaling over the minimum required amount but not liquid funds in my bank account. So I cant send the application with proof, Obviously I would sell these assets car etc... before moving to Canada so I will have the cash ready.
I cant sell everything and wait 12-18 months for my application to be approved.

What should I do?

It's not clear what you are asking about. What are you applying for? Through which program?

If you are applying for PR through a program such as FSW that requires proof of funds, then I believe your application will be refused / returned if you don't supply proof of liquid funds.

Yes It is for the Federal Skilled Worker PR Visa, even though I will have the funds when I arrive?

You must have the funds when you apply - it's one of the criteria for qualifying.
