Hi,

I have admission to a good university in Canada in their MBA program. The fees is nearly Rs. 67 L for two years program. I have arranged all the funds by selling two properties. The problem here is that one sale happened in the last 10 days and another one happened about two months ago. Because of this, there are 2 large one time deposits in my bank a/c. I have all the required legal papers for the property sales. Do you guys think that this could be a problem for me?

Please let me know your thoughts.

To my knowledge you should provide with the property sale out papers along if its in your own name and it should not be any problem for them or if its someone others i.e a blood rela then affidavit of support also to be attached.

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

It should not be problem as long as you have maintained the amount required for 4 months and you have a paper trail to the origins of the funds.
