Funds invested in Stock market as proof of funds

I invest most of my savings in stock market. Some times I buy/sell stocks from the money and sometime it is present as cash .

I have a question:

Can I show my investments in stock market as proof of funds?

As long s the money is not locked in. You should have more than the minimum funds to account for market fluctuations.

how will CIC, evaluate that its not blocked?
20-25% more funds than the limit would do the job?
