Funds in Post Office India .. Urgent help required !!

hello friends,

I just have a RFD(recurring fixed deposit) for funds, which is worth INR 6,50,000.
Can anybody please tell me, what documents i need to ask from post office. ???

Can anybody provide me the format as well ??

Get a letter from them with all the information about your RFD account. Your name, account number, date of account opening, amount for RFD, post office contact details, and RFD statements will be required.

I have got only one entry in that book, do i need to scan and attach it as well ??
