Funds for parents visa

Hey folks
I'm on work permit in canada and doing Noc B level job.
I'm going to apply for both my parents visa and they will show CAD 25000 and want to know -

How much funds need to show in my own personal bank account ?

My husband recently came to canada on sowp , so its will make any negative impact on parents visa ?

1. It is their visa, so they show their own funds.
2. Not an issue.

Why $8k? How long is their visit? Is there money in cash? You are on a WP so IRCC doesn’t need to consider your funds. So show whatever you have. Your parents need to show that they can afford their own visit.

They will stay for 2- 3 months, I'm on work permit.
They will show fixed deposit.

IRCC wants to see cash in the bank? 2-3 month is a long time for a visit if they don’t have $25k in cash. It shows they are spending all their savings to come to Canada. They also want to show travel history and ties to return. If staying for 2-3 months then what are their ties to return.
