Could someone tell the procedure in what ways to show enough at POE while landing at Canada are acceptable?

Is it fine to keep half of the money(less than $10000) in CAD in hand and remaining in home country's bank account?

Is it neccessary to keep the whole money till you get PR card 42 days (current processing time) after landed in Canada? Would it affect getting PR card processing?

Please seniors do respond in a very clear way!

As long as you can prove that money is yours you can show it in 2 different account which are in 2 different countries no issue

secondly hold that money in your account as long as you can atleast till you get your passport back from VO

I just asked about while and after landing. Could you please tell for that? If the entry clearance officer asks to show the fund, what ways should be the perfect ones to show the fund to him?

Kishoremc,

The below thread is very informative.. don`t take the required funds into consideration as it was posted
a few years back.

I think better way is to get a Forex Card in Canadian$ from your home country along with the cash allowed. For example, all prime banks in India can convert your money to Forex Card.
