Everything you take as part of first landing is tax free, including a list of things you can give to CBSA, as good to follow (these things you can bring later, in cargo etc.). The officer will stamp this list and whenever the stuff comes, you will not be taxed.

You will need pictures of jewelry. Keep them with you on the first landing.

No. The new age of computers already gives him all the information the officer needs about you

You will have to provide your local Canada address for the delivery of your PR cards.
