Fund proof for student applicant

Hello
Suppose applicant is a student
And 1 Year work exp
And in his country currency change ratio to CAD$ is high for example 1/20 suppose
for immigration process like Express or PNP he has to proof
But he has a 1 option: one of his family transfer for him(not appear as a borrow , as a gift)
And definitely officer and all others know
If someone gets a 400 CAD$ PER months cant have this much(12,669$)in his account
So its not cause any problem for immigration process?
