unless u are permanent resident or citizen...u cannot have both status together

either on study permit or work permit

Yes
You can show both full time job and full time work experience, but work experience should be post secondary...

It means, after completing 12 th standard, you join for college, while college education you can show full time working status.

Provide complete details, ur education, job, working hour, study hours etc... to get better reply...

Please do not complicate issues my dear.You are expected to work part time during term time as a student.You can claim full time post secondary.Pls be very careful.
