Full Time Paid work Exp along with Full time studies

Hi,

Is Full Time paid work experience along with Full time studies valid to score points
i.e Education Points during that period & Full time paid Work Exp during that same period

Can I score Points.

Please advice

Full time studies is full time studies. I think it is defined as 15credit hours. So if you studied at least 15 credit hour each semester, count all that as full time studies.

As for work, they talk about full time or equivalent work. So whatever hours you worked per week, look to see if it is equivalent to full time. Of course, if you worked at least 35 hours, it is equivalent to full time.

They don't define what part time work is. So if you work 34 hours per week, look to see if you have 1950hours, if you do then thats equivalent to one year.

So by the rules, you can count both as full time work and full time studies.

Whether the evaluators will believe it or not, is another question. I think they would but i have no experience in it.

Thanks again Rupesh...can you also tell me this well the Forms I have sent to CIC Sydney, If i make changes and Updates in the forms and documents which I will be sending to New Delhi...Can I do so..AS i would need to Add more details in the work exp column

i believe you can. I don't think changes can be such that it drastically changes the nature of your application. For example you apply as 0213 to Sydney and then another NOC to visa office.

But most changes and updating should be ok. i had to make changes due to a mistake that i made on the form and also i added other details.
