Hi all,

I am filling the express entry application.

I have a masters degree from OUTSIDE Canada. I was teaching assistant at this period which I am claiming in my work history as work experience. Shall I claim that the Master was full time or part time?

Thank you.

I am confused as to whether you are referring to your study or your work? One has nothing to do with the other. Full time study is defined by the school. Full time work is defined by IRCC. You can study full time and work full time during the same period.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know that one can study full time and work full time at the same time!

This depends on which program you are applying under. You cannot count work experience earned while studying full time in Canada, but you can count work experience earned while studying full time abroad.
