No - you can't. You can work up to 20 hours per week. Anything above that is illegal work.

Thank you guys for your fast response. It is a teacher position.
In fact it's less than 20 hours but they add some office hours and consider the grading as well. The contract is full-time contract where I have annual salary. is that possible?

Best,

1. Did you read the previous responses? Adding the teaching hours, the grading and office hours, if more than 20 per week the answer is still NO.

Okay, now what I have to do with previous 3 months? I worked as 30H/W

Unfortunately, you cannot turn back time and undo working 30 hours a week. Note that you have put your PGWP at risk by violating the terms of your student permit.

It's just 3 months. Is there any think that I can do. For example speak with the employer to fix the problem. It's an education sector so the actual hours are just 15 per week.

As a person with a good education, you are expected to read the terms of your permit and abide by them. I honestly don't know how to fix the problem. You may want to ask the international students department of your school. Your employer needs to report the truth of your hours, unless it is a shady organization, I doubt they will amend their records to make it look like you only worked 20 hours per week.

Which is 3 months more than you were allowed. That’s not a valid reason. I doubt an employer would be willing to falsify employment and tax records (and face prosecution for doing so) on your behalf. You are going to have to deal with the repercussions.

Hard to say. Possibly nothing. Possibly a refusal of your PGWP.
