Full-time job and salary??

Hi All,

I am working under a post graduation work permit in Canada. One professor in my university hires me to work for him as a java developer. My stipend is only 1200$ a month, but I work 40 hours a week.

My question is: Will that job be considered as a full-time job in Canada?

Stipend/honorarium is not salary

In lay man Stipend is paid only to meet pocketmoney.
