Full Documents submitted in July2010 but still under process

hi,
i am new to this site. i applied on lecturer basis, my wife being primary applicant. i have submitted full documents and recieved a conformation letter on 5 july 2010. But after that my status is shown as Recieved by visa office. Is there anyone who sent documents in july 2010 and got his status In process.
