To all those who had their status changed to 'in process' did the information also show when they started processing? Mine changed to in process yesterday, however, when I click on it all I see are the same statements as when it was showing Recd by VO and no mention of when they started processing.

Why don't you send case specific query? Singapore VO is pretty fast & it should have done something good with your case till now.

I believe if you didn't contact him yet, do it now.
