how can you say that your file will be transferred ?

recieved firt Aor : by the end of october 2009
send full document to damascus : Feb 2010
second AoR: April 2010
and haven`t received any thing yet.
do you guys have any information how long it takes for federal skilled workers applied after feb 2008 under federal skilled worker calss files to be processed?

I did not receive my 2nd AOR after three month of sending my whole documents to Damascus Syria (3rd of May) but in response to my enquiry to Syria they send me an Email with new File Number. Therefore I guess it is better to make an inquiry if the 2nd AOR takes more than 3 month.

File transfered to New York on August 31. E-CAS changed to IN PROCESS today. Waiting for medical request... Any idea how long do I still have to wait？Noticed some others have been waiting for 6 months after E-cas changed to IN Process and still didnèt receive medical request. Any good news from anyoneÉ Please share.

i have sent PCC and birth certi. of my wife ..which is returned to me ..With that letter Buffalo VO sent a common letter ...that letter stat that Your file will be transfer to local VO for further processing .

I dont know how their system works.....
So now leep waiting again........

Congradualtion, Liuhong, At least you get through another stage, Mine time line and NOC is same with you, NOC is 4122 and VO is Buffalo and i received 2nd AOR on 31-08-2010, but ecas show only received by VO. today i am also waiting for some good news but finger crossed.So again waiting ,waiting and waiting.

Can you share some other information related to appliaction. Because i am worried about points. Thanks
