So far 3 known factors of Rejection and/or suspicion from CHC Singapore:

1. Work experience has no resemblance with education degrees. example: Masters in Linguistics or MBA in Accounting or Engineering in EEE but now serving as IT Manager. Very fishy ! This is a rare case in the west.

Being accepted or rejected is in God hand, all I can say is be positive and think of being accepted any way if the degree is different than your experience it should not matter, see OP6.

those who sent initial application to NS in sept/oct are getting visas from new delhi VO.8-10 months for final decision.

See summerlong's Rejection.
0213 clearly said that Comp Sci or relevant education is required. It did say Engineering but I am sure its not any other Engineering other than Computer Engineers. EEE is the closest after Comp Sci. Hope the Visa officer thinks the same too like us.
