Hello Way!

6-8 months for whole process or getting Medical request after submitting full documents! My visa office is London as i live in U.A.E.
Are you really sure it takes 6-8 months to get medical request after sending your full documents?

Regards

Well Nadeem bhai, nothing is Sure in this immigration process Or even in this world..:). Its just on the basis of the info which is available on this website. London right now is the most loaded VO. It serves almost all midleast, uk, scandanavian countries & Pakistan as well.

Also, 12000 pending applications from Islamabad have also been transferred to London on April 1st.........now u can well imagine the situation urself. In these conditions i believe 6-8 months is even an optimistic figure.......:).. what do u think??

Ya by the Way figure was only for getting medicals for whole process i believe 14-18 months.

Goodluck

Hello Way!

Thans,

But I been through this link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp

It is showing that london visa office finalized 80% cases is 8 months altogether. But even if they took 6(only for medical request) good to spend more time here :P.

Regards

Dear All specially to all seniors,

I am in the process of gathering my documents and hopefully will send this June. I just have few questions to ask:

1. The checklist says, place all documents in a sealed envelope - Is there any specific requirements for this or any type of envelope will do? What shall i write outside the envelope?
2. On the forms we submitted in CIO specially schedule 3 - when i filled up the form i put on the from - to date instead of up to present i put"03 2010" since i am still employed from my current employer, shall I update this one also to 06 2010?
3. I can not get reference letter from one of my previous employer since the company has been closed. Is the explanation letter that i prepared and attached photocopy of my employment certificate, NOC, payslip enough for my claim? Do i have to notarized it?
4. Do we also have to submit the form- Immgrant Summary Form and Net personal worth as shown in the London visa office website?

I appreciate your responses to my questions.

I appreciate your responses to my questions.

1. Any type of envelope will do as long as it is strong enough to hold all the documents in. Outside the envelope you would need to address it to the Visa Office (and don't forget your return address). It would be better to send this via courier or registered mail.

2. For me I just put "present" instead of putting a date. If you are making changes to the forms that you submitted to CIO, make sure you have a cover letter mentioning all of the changes you have made, and the reason/explanation for the change.

3. You would need to have a photocopy of your employment contract notarized. You would also need to find other documentation like payslips, confirmation letter, organization diagram, certificate of employment, etc. that will prove you worked there, and that will show details on your job description, title, salary, etc.

Seniors, any input on question #3?

4. Which visa office do you need to submit? If it is to the London Visa, then yes you would need to submit those documents, and as required by your visa office specific checklist. See the link below:

Hope this helps :)

Thank you canada2010journey for your reply.

As for my previous employment, I have employment contract notarized already. I think it will be safe to include an explanation letter for the change in date in my application.

You're welcome :)

Yeah definitely, an explanation letter would be good. Sorry for the fast reply, I didn't read the line too much haha.

Good luck to us! :)
