i gut married just after sending initial application and befotre submitting full application to the singapore canadian high commission. i still havent informed them of the fact but i want to send a letter indicationg the fact along with marital certificates , mariage deed , application forms filled by her, application fee, her educational certificates and transcripts and all other required documents . will it be a problem for the application process. my spose has completed 17 years of full time education and 2 years of teaching experience as lecturer in english. can i claims 5 points of adaptability for her education?
in addition, only a bank certificat will satisfy the proof of funds?
pls advise me of the facts hinted above..

Definitely you can get married. Congratulations by the way! ;).

There should not be any problem at all if everything is alright. Just they might take a little bit of additional time to check your wife's profile e.g. eduction, security etc. Of course, you will get 5 points for your wife's education if she has 17 years of education. Yes, any one or more of the following three types of documents should work, if it/they cover/s the required amount for two persons.
  • current bank certification letter; or
  • evidence of savings balance; or
  • fixed or time deposit statements

if i get below this my applcation would be rejected..My uestion is if i get marrid n 120s period so ill they conider my spouse point??

I think they should count points on any of the criteria if you can submit related documents.

thanks indeed! i have sent a bank certificate against a mudraba saving account at islami bank bangladesh limited, which covers more than 10 lacks and off course it covers CAD 13801 as proof of fund. i have attached only a certificate in which the following state was written" this is to certify that Mr. x s/o, vill:, post, po, dist, and mrs( my spouse)s/o, vill:, post, po, dist has been maintaining a mudaraba savings account with this bank since... now the current bank balance is more than bdtk 10 lac's.
we wissh them every success in life"
pls advise me if it works or not.
by the by, i have also collected a transaction copy which is only 3 months old.

HI THERE..I'M JUST WORRIED.. WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR MEDICAL REQUEST YET..WE SUBMITTED OUR COMPLETE DOCS LAST FEB. 25.. WHEN WE CHECKED THE CAS IT SAYS "VISA OFFICE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE".. WHAT DOES IT MEAN??? HELP.....BTW, OUR VISA OFFICE IS IN MANILA, PHILIPPINES..THANKS...

In most cases and from what I saw from this forum, this kind of status before medicals is Rejection. But better wait for any communication from your Visa office. Surely you will receive letter from them. Good luck.
