The embassy didn't ask for any further documents, when I sent my case I put everything my lawyer told me.My lawyer filled the inquiry ,their response was "there is a long queue you must wait", rather than this they didn't contact me since 30th March.

I will tell you what i did in my case, i went to a special department at the police here which can officially take your fingerprints on a special form which is in english, you stamp this form after taking the fingerprints in the ministry of interior affairs and then in the ministry of foreign affairs, you write a cover letter including your name as in passport, date of birth, the reason you are asking for the clearance, for example the letter you got from your processing center, and your file number, you pay the fees if any are applicable.

took me around a month to get it done.

Patrick thank you for sharing what you did. We still have to decide whether we'll submit the ink based or digitized printed form since the former asks details I haven't gotten yet. My AOR is not yet in our hands.

For Damascus (Family) applicants, I have tried to enter the date your full docs were sent to cpc Mississauga in the form under "Docs Delivered". So if the date is not right, plz let me know. If you think I should mention another date under that column, plz also let me know.

(Sorry, I'm not much familiar with family sponsorship procedure. Does CPC send the documents to local visa office, or should you send them to local visa office after getting the initial acceptance from Mississauga?

this is a simple letter and my post man will throw away on my gate, it is not a registry letter, if I dont check on my gate then I may not able to get the letter, all of you be aware because this is not a letter like DHL OR TCS, it is a simple letter.

CHC Singapore sends 2nd AOR in Registered mail. Why doesnt CHC London?

mine was regular mail send to the wrong address and took 17 days to reach plus another 10 days until i found out it was delivered to my neighbors by mistake
my neighbor asked what should he do in mail does not belong to him and i said put wrong address and put back in mail he asked me to do that for him took the mail wrote on it wrong address then i was shocked yes it was mine the letter was mine but delivered to wrong address
it is a miracle yes GOD does not want me to loose the mail
keep your eyes open for the mail and just wish for good news

just remember that officers are human like me and you and they do error like me and you anyway we contacted them and corrected the address although mail was sent before tothe correct address

Thanks Kamal for your opinion. Appreciated it very much. I can do Option # 1, my only worries is that once the embassy issued you the visa, your file is already closed and I don't know if I can still add the new born baby. Anyway I will send a case specific inquiry to them on what to do and let you know guys their reply for the sake of other forumers who have the same situation as mine.

Just an update I made an inquiry to the Visa office regarding my case. They replied that once the baby is born I need to submit the required docs.

I don't know now if they are going to hold our passports until such time I forward to them the docs they are asking for. Let you know guys if I receive the passports back with visa stamp.
