FULL DOCS TO MANILA VISA OFFICE OCT-DEC 2010

NOC 4131 is for College Instructor. Last Feb 15, 2011, My Ecas changed to In-process but when I clicked the link... the statements inside were like when it was Received by Visa Office.

But yesterday, when i checked my ecas, I can now see the statement "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 5, 2011.".

Wala pa po akong MR... I also received an email from them yesterday asking me to take IELTS and photocopy of my father's birth certificate along with the Birth Certificate of my 2 Aunts in Canada(Sisters of my father). I'm planning to take the exam on March 19.

Kayo po, nag-exam ka din ba ng IELTS?

Hi Ronskee, are you a pre-june applicant? may i ask if you did not send IELTS result when you submitted your full docs to VO?
 
Yes...I'm pre-june applicant.

When i submitted my full docs last August 27, wla pa akong IELTS. Kasi my tita told me na gumawa muna ng written documentation of my Work Experience and Educational background, then hopefully ma convince ko yung visa officer that i'm proficient in English. Unfortunately, hndi cya satisfied sa sinubmit ko...

Kaya, they asked me to take the exam and i must submit the result within 60 days....

Nakakuha kna ba ng IELTS Exam?

Hi izabelle!

Though may it seem unfair (it is unfair, though I also feel bad for the pre feb 2008 applicants), we must accept the fact that CEM has already prioritized post June 2010 applicants. But basing on the timelines of our batchmates, who have recently changed ECAS status to In Process, I assume they will utilize the maximum number of days to process our application (6 months for MR, 12 months for VISA).

As of the limit of VISA CEM will issue (3,000 for fsw to be exact), I think there will still be left for pre June 2010 applicants. As of the latest CAP that I have checked, total number of applicants has not yet reached 10k and June 2011 is just 3 mos away. And I don't expect that number to reach 15k since most of the NOC's with large number of applicants were already full. Let's say the final number of applicants will fall at 12k on a conservative basis, majority of these 12k post june 2010 applicants are from (ND, London) which has the most number of applicants and VISA limit. Also, we have to remember that of the 3k limit, some of those were already alloted to pre June 2010 applicants who already received their MR. My worst case scenario is that our VISA's will arrive on the first quarter of 2012. Best case if last quarter of 2011.

i'm just curious about pre and post 6/26 applicants..Is it based sa application submitted sa CIO or sa Manila visa office.. SAkin kasi last March 2010 ako nagsubmit sa NS(CIO)..and August 31, 2010 ako sa manila visa office..

pre June 2010 - CEM
post June 2010 - CIO - from my understanding. Pero not 100% sure.
 
i dont think kasama ang pre june sa quota.. kasa we should not lost hope.. dadating yan dont worry.. as long as we see na may movement.. ok ako nga one month na ako nag pass ng full document till now wala pa akong 2nd aor... just enjoy life na lang muna... kasi pag nagworry tau ng nag worry wala nmn magagwa un di ba???

Yes po last July 2010 pa ako nakuha ng IELTS but same as you, hindi din ako pinasubmit ng consultant ko and instead submitted a certification of my english proficiency based from school and work. Hopefully ma convince ko din ang VO. Did they specified how many points do you need for IELTS? By the way, how long nag stay ang status mo na in process but with RBVO details? Same date tayo nag in process eh but until now wala pang pag babago sa details ko.

then after 3 wks, Nag appear na yung "Your application is processed and we started Processing your application on March 5, 2011".

About sa email w/c they sent me yesterday, they did not mention naman any target points that i should get....Ahm, ask ko lang if madali lang ba yung mga exams?

Sana magkaroon na din nangpagbabago sa details ko. I am hoping na next tues may update na din sa akin. I suggest na maximize mo ang pagre-review ng EILTS kasi for me ha, medyo na hirapan ako. Since i am working full time, i need to attend review sa 9ners in the evening and during weekends kaya hindi ko na maximize. Mga 1 month lang ako nag attend noon. Goodluck sa'yo!

waaaaah! pano naman kaming 2004 applicants pa? wala pa rin kaming nare-receive na MR
