This is the response that one of our friends in the Aug-Sep 2010 timeline got when he sent an inquiry regarding the status of his application. This was sent last month (Dec 2010) after his 30 days waiting period elapsed. It seems that processing is really slow this time and we may have to wait longer. Lets pray that they add more resources to speed it up. Good luck to us all.

i also have the same NOC 0631. my docs were resubmitted December 21 2010 and was delivered to Sydney December 22. Assuming that CIO received it December 2010, do you think there should have been a reply from CIO this January 2011, something like "they have received it....." ( i have an agency kasi, kayo po ba on your own lang?)

ano po meaning ng AOR and how many AORs po ba narireceive ng post 6/26/10 applicants?

ano ho usually the content of AOR ist and 2nd? are they sent throu email?

Yes, you can join this forum. Although I don't know if we can help you because all of us are pre June 26 applicants. I believe you are a post June 26 applicant.

AOR means Acknowledgment of Receipt. For pre june 26 applicants, the 1st AOR is given by the CIO to signify the receipt and initial review of documents. The AOR will instruct you to submit the full documents to your specified Visa Office. In our cases, its Manila VO. The 2nd AOR is given by the VISA office which full docs were submitted. I think for post June 26 applicants, PER is issued instead of AOR. All AOR's are via email.
