We are waiting for the DM..eCas is in Process.. Its been 3 weeks since we'v sent our PP/PCC & the DD...Hoping & praying that d visas come soon...& best wishes to to as well for the same- you have sent on the 25th Jan'12 right?

Yeah, I sent the documents and they reached NDVO on 25th Jan but my DMP will send the medical results either today or tomorrow. But I am hopeful that my RPRF will be encashed in this week. Lets wait and watch.

We have not decided as yet but will land in either Vancouver (preferred) or Toronto based on the Job Offer that we will get....we plan to apply from India once we get the visas in hand.

We can surely team up...it will be fun

Also , tell us.. did your address disappear before you got the DM?

My Address has disappeared as of today.. status is still "IN Progress".. thats a good sign right??

Hey Sid,

Address disappearance sometimes brings good news, but sometimes no news.....In my case, I am assuming that my RPRF has gone for encashment to the bank.....which should be around a week...so we can only wait and watch.

Have you checked with your bank about the RPRF being encashed??

how i come to know that my RPRF were encashed? my bank is SBI , i send it on 6th jan.the people of government bank r rude, then don't tell us easily about it.

Address disappearance sometimes brings good news, but sometimes no news.....In my case, I am assuming that my RPRF has gone for encashment to the bank.....which should be around a week...so we can only wait and watch.

Yes our RPRF was encashed.. I could not get the exact date of encashment but the bank status as I enquired at the icici branch was 'receiver encashed'..

The only way to find out is from your bank....you will have to be extra sweet to remove that information from them

The reason for asking was to send a CSE to VO because my son's PP No. is printed incorrectly both on the visa as well as CoPR.

My address disappeared 5-6 days after status changed to DM.

Can't comment on whether address disappearence is a sign of impending status change, it happened with me once, the address stayed disappeared for 18 days, appeared again without any changes.

i also got draft from SBI.
directly ask the branch manager, or pull up some contacts and talk to branch manager itself, i m sure he will help u out ;D
