Hi Ajay,

Thanks for the information. i sent my file to NDVO in mid December and received my second AOR on 6/01/11. Since then no updates, however i have not filled my spouse app. fee before to CIO which i have submitted now in MAY 11 & have received fee receipt in june from NDVO.

Now being sick of waiting, i have applied under MPNP as well (just a week before) as my real sister is in Manitoba.

I was also thinking to get this CAIPS thingy done to get NDVO perception regarding my case.

As per your case last update was in FEB 11. i think by now there must have been new updates as well.

i have worked as a verification specialist in Australia n i know how what this verification procedure is. So i am sure your case must have been fully verified by now. its just upto on immigration when they will make a decision.

anyways best of luck for your future.

Hi sumit
Address disappearance is happening with most of the applicants so we can not predict its significance until we see something positive from any of pre june applicants.

This is reply form CIC of mine inquiry..It is very frustrated..
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after February 27, 2008 and before June 26, 2010 , your application will take two years or more to be processed. This is due to the fact that Canada received over 425,000 applications under this program during this period.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.

Dont worry this is a generic reply they are sending to many applicants. I hope by this year end or early next year we will start getting MR.
