Dear Canadian Dreams,

Sir, The disappearance of address from its slot nd then coming back to it,is irreconcilably obnoxious.I wonder,if it really has any relation to the action taken by VO in our files, although I sincerely wish it would attribute something possitive emerging out of this hide nd seek sort of game.Assuming that disappearance/appearance suggests movement of applicant's file, then what is basically the criteria of doing so.
I have observed that there are quite a few applicants whose 2nd AORS fall way behind that of mine, have faced the onslaught of this intrguing game, whereas my address is so very obdurate that it has thus far refused to budge from its place.

All said nd done,I wish all the forum members the very best in whatever manner it comes up ,irrespective of THIS "AANA -JAANA" OF ADDRESS.
Thanx for sharing .
god bles all.

Dear friends, It seems this week also does not bring any updates. It is same both outer and inner lines which shows just "application received" and no address tag. I think that the VO have taken a specific number of files to process for the time being and they belong to those who got updated line " we started processing in xxxx". May be when they have finished those bunch of files, they may dust out ours. Best wishes to all and my humble prayers, Nicky

nicky ji,

well said.that's the possibilty,as of now.
I would request,if SOME IN THE FORUM could work out the data for PREJUNE 2010 PENDING cases at NDVO .This will help us getting an idea whether VO shall be able to finish them up ,before MI4 WHICH MAY COME INTO FORCE,IN ALL PROBABILITY, IN JUNE-JULY 2012.
Let us pray that our cries of struggle reach their heart nd soul !!!!
GOD BLESS ALL.

Dear Parhar51,

Madam, my views are akin to yours & I believe that address dis-appearance & re-appearance is not having any significance. E-CAS itself seems like ignis fatuus but still this is the only tool or interface between CIC & anxious applicants.

Willy-Nilly we are isolated with this solitary alternative to believe, analyse & do self-interpretation on whetever is displayed on our Computer Screens when we examine our E-CAS. Hence even nugatory activity on E-CAS instigates us like a radar operator of a sub-marine who reacts on seeing something unusual on radar screen.

CIC is keeping us in doldrums but I also wish a speedy affirmative processing of applications for all forum members.

GOD Bless us all.

Hi Canadian dreams,

I have tested this address appearance and disappearance and it showed on my GCMs notes that whenever my address was missing from Ecas ,around that time visa officer worked on my file. My points were calculated around that time and visa officer awarded me the points for age and IELTS.

The best way is , you can order GCMs now and I am sure it will reflect on the notes.

Dear Sandy Surrey, Now that's something vital shared by you, since my address is not visible from past 1 month so I must assume some activity on my application file.

Hoping that something good comes up.
