I) CHC does not work on basis of NOC there is nothing like a priority NOC.

2) All applicants who applied till march to Nova scotia are in process baring a few scanty cases

3) atul.amin Do not treat him as a ideal example

Dont worry even i dont have...actually who have received 1st AOR after 28 sept, dont have file transfer date we just have UCI no and File no.

Hi Friends,
Good news from my end. Finally the processing date appeared in my E Case. It Says
" We have reviewed your Application and started processing on 17/02/2012 "

ya ,seems like they are working on April 2010 cases.
May aplicants like me & Lakhwinderji need to wait.
Everyday few guys are coming up with IP status and mostly they are now April 2010 cases..

yes,they have started in the right earnest,IF I AM ALLOWED TO SAY SO.

My ecas changed to "IN PROCESS" on 17,/02/2012 with unchanged detail in the box.

I think they will put all prejune files in Process, by April 2012 release the MR to all and slowly and steadily by end of 2012 and early 2013 Issue the visas.

I was unnescarily getting excited about Atul.amin geting MR in 4 days of In process , Actualy he has applied for M PNP so he got the MR .

I am worried to see so many files in process and no medicals for any applicant. This may lead to either a long wait like we have already been to from RBVO to in process or mass medicals/ rejections to follow. Let's wait and watch CHC NDVO has stored for pre June applicants.

Actually it is a very good sign to all who all get real In process, They have crossed one hurdle and are very near to medicals,
I don't anticipate any scenario of MASS REJECTIONS, there may quite a few owing to the quality of docs,

So we can definitely expect mass medicals soon,
The issuance of visas will definitely depends upon no of admissions targeted by CIC,

But at present odds seems to be in favor in pre- juners,
So hope for best and good luck to all .

I am also 4131 April 2010 with 2nd AOR in Jan 2011. But still its AR in my e-cas. Any advice? I am worried about my husband's Pakistan visits!!

Well, what I did was to ordered CAIPS NOTE. Also the current movement has no base. I mean we got "In process" has no base, because, recently, its the one who got second AOR in August'2010. So may be u need to wait for more. Even if its Just IP we get still dont know when we will get MR.
