Hi Atul,

How are you?

The wait is little bit disappointing but it looks like the processing did not halt completely for 38list.

yesterday I saw one August 2010 applicant got medical req. His NOC is 0213.

I also saw this one:

I know that there is quota system, etc. but, I am hoping for MR by October :-)

This is good and positive news.

Hi,

Just went through the forum… a lot of speculation is going on regarding processing of pre June applicants but these are just guesswork no concrete proof for anything, I think we have only one option and that is to wait patiently even if it is going to take 2 years time. Just be ready for it and carry on with your living wherever you are now…one day you will get a good news of your PR and you will forget all the pains.
Wish you all the best and happy waiting period.

Hi Forum Members,

Initial Application to CIO : 7 May 2010
NOC : 0213
Visa Office : New Delhi
1st AOR Received from CIO through email : 05 Oct 2010
Full Documents sent to New Delhi Visa Office : 27 Jan 2011
2nd AOR Received through ordinary mail : 15 Feb 2011 (dated 9th Feb)
from New Delhi Visa Office

E-Cas Status :

Permanent Residence Application Status

Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete (When Clicking this it shows the below lines)

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office. They are pending review.

I wonder how come they issued second AOR to me from New Delhi Visa Office as my status shows that it is still with the CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia C-50 Office

My Question here is : It should show that the documents are pending review with New Delhi Visa Office but it is showing as Sydney, Nova Scotia C-50 Office.

Iam really confused with this please anyone give u'r ideas.

I need u'r suggestions about what does this E-Cas Status conveys to me.

Raj.

Hi all,

If we get AEO and update the ame to ND VO, will it fasten our process?

It is a private institute who is offering me AEO thru HRSDC (genuine AEO)

Please suggest at your earliest convenience.

Thanks

I dont think that Job offer will expedite your existing application as now a days CIC is more strict with AEO cases and taking more time to check authenticity. At the forum many AEO cases are waiting for processing like us but still if you have genuine job offer you should update the CHC. Perhaps you wd get advantage.

Having an AEO is actually delaying the process considerably. I have noticed on the forum AEO's across all Visa Offices are not getting even medicals for a long period now. The last AEO to get a Visa was Simon123 from Delhi office & that was in Nov. 2010.
It's a very bad state of affairs for AEO applicants. In fact I would suggest to applicants to avoid an AEO application, especially if your NOC is in the demand list. You will get a Visa much faster without an AEO, atleast 4-5 months lesser time then an AEO applicant.
Their used to be a priority earlier for AEO cases, however due to high incidents of fraudulent cases, Visa offices are very strict while processing them. So they are in fact taking more time to process an AEO case as compared to a 38 or 29 NOC listed applicant.

i second that
